Who we are

Harmony Equilibrium is operated by Jamon Allan Hartzer in Western Australia (ABN 30 369 327 501).

When you email us

If you email us, including through an “Email us” or “Notify me” button, we receive your email address and anything you include. We use it to reply, and if you asked to be notified, to tell you when that product is released.

When you book a call

Bookings and meetings run on Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft Teams. We receive the name, email address and booking details you enter. Microsoft handles that information under its own privacy terms.

When you submit an app to the Creator Store

We collect your developer or studio name, contact email, your app's details, its icon and its APK file. We use them to review your app. If it's approved, the listing details (app name, developer name, description, price, version, icon and your purchase link) are published. Your APK stays private and is used only for review.

When you claim a download

We collect your payment email, your name, the product and your Square receipt or order reference. We use them only to verify your payment and issue your download.

Files you send for a custom project

Code, files or data you send us for a custom project are used only for that project.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. We don't see or store your card details.

What this website doesn't do

There are no accounts or sign-ins, and no advertising or tracking cookies. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

Links to YouTube, Square and Microsoft take you to services with their own privacy terms.

To see, correct or delete information we hold about you, email us. Our address is in the Contact section at the bottom of every page.

Changes

We'll update this notice whenever the website changes what it collects.
